What are the fees involved?

It is 100% free for users!

The fees for a business that signs up are defined depending on the chosen plan - we're not big fans of fees.

 

General fees for businesses are a subscription for an amount of months of your choosing, with 1% or less transaction fee on ANY major credit card. No more complicated or various fees - 1% or less across the board!

 

As a bonus, PayLocal gives you marketing credits to pass on to your customers to make subscribing more attractive. We're all about supporting local!

Setting up An Account

How do I create my own PayLocal account?

You can sign up for PayLocal on our website or download the app from Google Play or App Store

What details do I need to create an account?

If you create an account as a uesr, just your name and email!

As a business account, you will need to provide your business address, configure sales tax and it's recommended, but optional, to provide your business number for invoice creation.

Managing Your Account

Are PayLocal cards secure?

Yes! Security is our top priority!

Each PayLocal card is secured with a 5 digit PIN number.

If you lose your phone or tablet, you can login the website and change the PIN number for each of your cards.

When making a purchase, you must provide the right PIN number.

When transfering funds from a card, providing the right PIN number is also required

Can I view receipts or invoices of past transactions?

Yes!

As a client, you can search for receipts of PayLocal card and credit card transactions. You can also download them as PDF files.

As a business, you can also search for transactions and download them as PDF files. Additional business filters are available for business to narrow down searches.

As a business, can I change my business profile?

Absolutely!

You can change the details of your business at any time.

As a business, can I request more digital PayLocal cards?

Yes!

All you need to do is specify the amount of cards you need and they’re generated at the click of a button.
